Aiden and I went out and decided to do a roughly 9 mile hike around Perry Lake. This Hike was a little on the weird side I think this mainly had to do with the temperature, we didn’t see any life. It didn’t go as planned but I think that’s OK as I wanted to see how much Aiden and I could to together. Honestly with the temperature I’m glad we bailed, though the completionist(ish) in me wanted to do the whole thing.
Planning#
The plan was to do roughly 9.1 miles with a lot of chances to bail out since I knew it would be a lot for Aiden.
How did it go?#
We made it 4.76 miles as you can see below we ended up cutting out lots of the hike. Once we were done we sat at a cold
picnic table and ate a Mountain House meal.
